Information we may collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, telephone number, correspondence, newsletter preferences and information submitted through website forms.
When you intentionally subscribe through the footer newsletter form, Elementor stores the submission and sends the submitted email address to Mailchimp to manage the newsletter subscription. Ordinary contact enquiries are not automatically subscribed to the newsletter.
When online shopping is introduced, we may additionally process billing and shipping addresses, order information, purchase history, product preferences, returns, refunds, customer-support communications and other information necessary to complete a transaction.
When online shopping is introduced, payment information may be processed directly by authorised payment-service providers. Shrekahnth need not store complete payment-card information where the payment provider processes it directly.
We may automatically receive technical information such as device and browser information, IP address, website interactions, referring pages, approximate location derived from technical information, cookie identifiers and analytics data.
Purposes of processing
We may process personal information to:
- operate and secure the website;
- respond to enquiries;
- provide customer service;
- manage newsletter subscriptions;
- understand website usage and improve our services;
- measure advertising effectiveness;
- provide advertising or remarketing where permitted;
- process orders, payments, shipping, returns and refunds when e-commerce is introduced;
- prevent fraud and misuse;
- maintain business, tax and accounting records;
- comply with applicable law and legal obligations.
Legal bases
Depending on your location and the activity involved, we may rely on consent, performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, legitimate interests, or another lawful basis recognised by applicable law.
Shrekahnth Privacy Controls is the current public consent system. Its Privacy Choices control lets visitors review, change or withdraw optional Analytics, Advertising and Media preferences.
Analytics and advertising
The website may use services including Google Analytics and Google advertising technologies for analytics, conversion measurement, advertising and remarketing.
Site Kit remains connected for service administration and reporting. Permitted optional Analytics and Advertising frontend tags are delivered through the consent-controlled Google Tag Manager path, rather than separate Site Kit frontend placement.
Optional Analytics and Advertising tags are configured to remain blocked until the relevant consent choice is made. Visitors can later change or withdraw that choice through Privacy Choices.
Service providers
We may use third-party providers for services including website hosting, analytics, advertising, embedded media, communications, security, accessibility, payment processing, shipping, customer support and professional services.
These providers may process information in accordance with their respective roles and contractual obligations. Mailchimp is used for intentional newsletter subscriptions.
General Sans webfonts are served by Fontshare, and an Elementor accessibility widget provides accessibility controls. The homepage runway video is a self-hosted MP4, rather than a YouTube hero embed. External providers may receive technical request information when their resources load.
International data transfers
Some technology providers, including Mailchimp for intentional newsletter subscriptions, may process personal information outside your country of residence.
Where required by applicable law, appropriate transfer mechanisms or contractual safeguards will be used.
Retention
Personal information will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for applicable legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention and dispute-resolution requirements.
Marketing preferences may be retained as necessary to respect unsubscribe or opt-out requests.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:
- request access to personal information;
- request correction;
- request deletion;
- withdraw consent;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- obtain a copy of your information;
- opt out of certain targeted advertising or data disclosures;
- raise a grievance;
- complain to an applicable data-protection authority.
Requests may be submitted to info@shrekahnth.com.
India
Vendome Paris intends to operate its privacy programme consistently with applicable Indian data-protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection framework as relevant provisions become effective.
European users
Users in the European Economic Area and other jurisdictions with comparable rights may exercise applicable access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and consent-withdrawal rights.
Children
The website is not designed for knowingly collecting children's personal information for behavioural advertising.
If we learn that personal information has been collected from a child contrary to applicable law, appropriate action will be taken.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorised access, misuse, alteration or disclosure.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated when our services, technologies or legal obligations change.
