Recycled Textiles

We specialize in developing recycled yarn, particularly cotton sourced from textile and clothing waste collected in Ghana. This waste is ethically managed and sourced from Ghana, ensuring a responsible supply chain.

The collected waste is deconstructed and processed to create high-quality recycled yarns, which are then used to produce new, sustainable recycled textiles. This innovative approach reduces environmental impact and supports ethical practices in waste management.

Natural Textiles & Dyes

We source natural yarns, such as cotton, silk, and linen, and/or blend them with recycled yarns developed from Ghana's textile and clothing waste. These yarns are dyed using natural plant-based dyes from India and West Africa, like Ghana, Benin, and Nigeria.

We collaborate with Indigenous communities in India and West Africa to develop natural colours from organic farming and sustainable dyeing methods. We prepare the yarn for textile processing while upholding eco-friendly practices.

Handwoven Textiles

After processing natural cotton, silk, and linen yarns and recycled cotton yarns through a natural dyeing process using plant-based dyes, the yarns are handwoven in Madhavaram, a village in South of India, Andhra Pradesh.

This handloom cluster, home to 4000 weavers, produces exquisite fabrics for our collections. The designs and patterns are developed in our atelier in Madhavaram Handloom Cluster before the yarns are woven on handlooms to create unique and exotic textiles.
